O Prefeito Municipal de Porto Alegre do Norte Estado de Mato Grosso senhor Carlos Roberto Tomazatto  no uso de suas atribuições com BASE NO ART. Nº 75, INCISO II DA LEI Nº 14.133/2021 e DECRETO MUNICIPAL Nº 1545/2023 -  HOMOLOGA o procedimento licitatório  Dispensa de Licitação Nº 01/2025 que tem por objeto a “CONTRATAÇÃO DE EMPRESA PARA FORNECIMENTO DE SACO DE LIXO NA COR VERDE PARA DISTRIBUIÇÃO GRATUITA AOS MUNICIPES DO MUNICIPIO DE PORTO ALEGRE DO NORTE  PARA EXECUTAR O PROJETO DA COLETA SELETIVA DE LIXO RECICLÁVEL. Onde foi vencedora a  Empresa:S3M Empreendimentos  Comercio e Serviços inscrito no CNPJ: 14.805.780/0001-51 R$ 34.300,00 ( Trinta e Quatro Mil Trezentos Reais ).
